FluidPowerNet (FPN) is a new and exciting B2B platform designed to help fluid power companies trade and do better business.
FPN is part of the BearingNet family and using our extensive knowledge of 22 years in the PT industry working with distributors, we have decided to create an adapted platform for the fluid power industry.
Under the experienced guidance of Peter Annis and Gary Jenkins, our business development team Nicola Beer and Marcin Krzączkowski are excited to bring this new B2B platform to the market.
Just like BearingNet, FPN helps distributors locate parts that they either do not have in stock or are waiting on a long lead time from the manufacturer. FPN is also a great resource for fluid power companies. It offers a selection of catalogues, a marketplace for bespoke parts that need manufacturing and for those companies that can fulfil these orders, forums to share industry knowledge and requirements. Plus it has wanted and offers pages for those items that cannot be found using the search tool.
We have been testing the new website with a number of fluid power companies to collect feedback and to create a system that works well for the types of companies that will be using the service. We are not trying to disrupt or change the industry, we are trying to enhance the traditional distributor channels and make them more efficient.
